Train At Your Pace

Andy knows that everybody is at a different fitness level. Whether you are new to the world of health and wellness or a regular weight lifting professional, Andy will help you to train and find success at your own pace. In order to prepare you for your fitness session goals, Andy has developed the following courses:

Beginner Plan

(Yoga or Fitness)

Designed with the beginner in mind, this introductory course is fantastic for learning the fundamental movement of both yoga and weight lifting. The schedule typically includes 3 to 4 days for up to an hour per session.

 Can you make it six weeks with a team of fitness enthusiasts urging you on? The Intermediate Plan is perfect for challenging yourself to reach new levels. The typical schedule is between 4 and 5 days with sessions lasting roughly an hour.

Intermediate Plan (Yoga or Fitness)

Advanced Plan

(Yoga or Fitness)

The advanced plan is where yoga experts go to hone their skills. This challenging routine includes a 6-day schedule for up to eight weeks with sessions lasting up to 90 minutes.

Personal Fitness Coaching

If you are ready to hone in on the fitness goals that you've been yearning for, this is the coursework for you. This month-long class includes one virtual fitness course per week, access to a personalized nutrition plan, and updates to your routine as you undergo it. Completely customizable to your goals, you will also receive Andy's personal number for questions and clarification.
